WHO ARE WE?
We’re an award-winning creative studio based in Leeds (UK), who imagine, design, build and perform across the global entertainment industry (www.newsubstance.co.uk). Our core offering includes immersive/experiential installations, commissioned public art and performance structures and lighting installations all over the world for ceremonies, brands, festivals, rock n roll tours, governments and in response to bespoke commissions.
We work all over the world. We love what we do.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re growing. We have a number of large and exciting projects in the pipeline and we’re looking for experienced creative producers and mid to senior level project managers to help us bring our clients’ projects to life in the live environment.
We work on world class events with first class production values and global reach.
Most of our work is outside of the UK and you should be comfortable and experienced working abroad. You’ll have proven experience of managing multiple stakeholders under time pressure and won’t be flustered by the ever-changing landscape of the live event environment.
As with any roles in the live events industry, your tasks will be broad and many and could include anything from on-site co-ordination and event management to managing schedules, budgets, costs, logistics, timelines and third party suppliers and much more.
You’ll need a:
- creative mindset
- thorough understanding of the live events business and production process
- valid passport
- clean driving licence; and
- sense of humour and a love of problem solving!
